Flu Shots

Kern County Health & Wellness, in partnership with Kern Public Health, provides free shots to Kern County Employees at a number of flu clinic locations. All county employees—active and extra-help/temporary employees—are eligible to receive the flu shot as long as they present their County ID at one of the clinics. At some locations, employees will also be able to bring their dependents to get flu shots as long as they are on a County-sponsored medical plan and present their county medical insurance card.
